Wow! Helen Bond and her drumming group were fantastic! It was an amazing experience to be part of the drumming, too. Like she said, drumming is definitely an effective way to just be in the now. Listening to Foday Camara describe his childhood and his life in Guinea was riveting. I had a great time and wish I could have heard more of the drumming.

Sorry I missed it.

Glad to hear it was so great. I was really bummed to be out of town and miss it. I have been to a workshop led by Helen and Foday and it was fabulous! I am planning to join Helen's Tuesday night class this fall if anyone else wants to join me.

Sorry to have missed this. Tony & I were out of town. But I visited Helen's studio along with John Crowley a year or so ago before her first service (this was her second with us). She is a lovely, generous person and it was fun to see her in her home/studio and the wonderful and creative force she is.

The new church year will soon be underway.

Please send the worship committee your suggestions about what you would like to repeat or see (new) for the coming year.

If you have contacts who might be members of other churches (uu or other) who might like to share their experiences with us, send us their names and phone numbers.

Best wishes to all,
Carol Niec (847-543-8203)(worship@prairiecircleuuc.org)
